Our team at Laurel Surgical Foundation is made up of dedicated volunteer surgeons, nurses, and support staff who share a passion for improving healthcare in Mongolia. Together, we combine world-class surgical expertise with hands-on teaching to train local medical professionals and expand access to quality care. United by compassion and a commitment to sustainable impact, our volunteers work side by side with Mongolian healthcare providers to create lasting change in communities across the country.
